On one of the Tuesdays in February or March that coincides with "Fat" Tuesday, a hearty holiday is celebrated - International Pancake Day, which is especially popular in England and America.

Russia. Blini (or blini) are a traditional dish for Maslenitsa and can be served with a variety of fillings and sauces, including caviar, sour cream, and sweet toppings.

France. Crepes are thin pancakes that are often served with a variety of fillings, such as fruit, chocolate, or cheese. Pancake Day in France is also known as "La Chandeleur".

USA. Pancakes are often served for breakfast and can be topped with syrup, berries, and cream.
